Comprehensive Tenant Referencing via Home Let

Once a potential tenant has been found for your property, they will undergo an extensive assessment. Our referencing service is designed to minimise risks and to ensure that the let process is quick and precise. In addition financial references and fraud checks, employers any previous landlords. This applies to the main applicants and the guarantors where required.

Full Property Management Service

At Jackson & Co the property management team are regularly trained and updated to keep them abreast of developments in the law affecting lettings and specifically to protect your interests. With regular property visits/inspections and extensive experience we strive to exceed most or all of your expectations and to give you the advice and service you need.

(AST) Tenancy Agreement

Our Tenancy Agreement are specifically drawn up to take account of the latest legislation and to protect your interests. We also receive frequent industry updates.

Inventories & Schedule of Condition

All tenancies require a professional inventory which details not only the contents of your property but also its condition at the start and end of the tenancy. This is now required as essential evidence in proving any damage or similar claim against a tenant’s deposit. Our team will advise what steps need to be taken.

Vacant properties

Jackson & Co also visit your property when it’s vacant to comply with your insurance policy or to assist with repairs, access for workman or an important delivery.

Payments

Our software system enables us to make prompt and accurate payments with the accounting service it allows us to send you statements as you want to receive them, via email or post, and pays your rent directly into your bank account. Our software is the only package currently approved by the National Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Our commitment to you

At Jackson & Co we work longer and harder than any other letting agent. From 8am until 9pm Mon-Friday and 9am – 6pm Saturday, 10am – 2pm Sunday and Bank Holidays. 90% of Letting Agents close at 5pm and do not open Sundays.
