Students

We have worked to become one of the country's leading student lettings companies.

Our team wants to find the best matched student rental property for the best price.

We know how important it is to be located close to your university or college, or to transport channels that can get you there quickly.

And we can help you with advice and detailing on guarantor requirements that are needed in order for you to move in with confidence

  • Parents or Guarantors must be present at the first viewing
  • You will complete reference forms and student tenancy agreements
  • We will request permission to contact your place of education
  • Referencing, administration and holding fees will be requested
  • It is possible to pay a retainer fee if you do not want to move into the rental home until the academic year begins
  • Tenancy agreements are drawn up once referencing and checks have been successful and are satisfactory
  • Rental fees for the first month will be taken as tenancy commences
  • Students usually pool the rent into a joint account to pay us one single payment

When you are ready to move into your new home, we will carry out our own inventory and would ask you and your fellow students to list any 'snagging' before you move in your personal belongings. This gives everyone involved a good idea of the condition f the property when you moved in.

Inventories like this help ensure that issues with damage, breakage or missing items are reported and can be dealt with. This also helps to protect your deposit so that when you move out, it can be refunded should there be no further damage, loss or breakage to the property and its possessions.

Once you have decided on the right property for you, all agreements and contracts are in place, and you are handed the keys we will supply guides and comprehensive information that you can refer to during your stay.

We make it easy to contact us, know it is vital that you are safe in your rental home, and that you are comfortable in the knowledge that you can get in touch when you need to.

Your questions can be answered either on our website or by contacting us at directly.
